This Privacy Policy explains how Dilami Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data when you visit dilami.pro (the “Website”), submit a form, take our project quiz or contact us through messengers. We respect your privacy and process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
Data you provide to us:
- name;
- contact details — Telegram username, WhatsApp number, phone or email;
- company or project name;
- information about your project: type, stage, features, timeline, budget range, comments and any other details you choose to share;
- preferred time for a consultation;
- content of messages you send us in Telegram, WhatsApp or by email.
Data collected automatically:
- technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, language, referring page, pages visited and time of visit — used for security, spam protection and server logs;
- analytics data (only if you consent to analytics cookies): how you interact with the Website, collected through Google Analytics and/or Yandex Metrica. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) and ask you not to send them to us.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects, and we never sell your personal data.
4. How we receive and store requests
When you submit a form, the data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to a server function hosted by Vercel and delivered to our team’s private Telegram chat via the Telegram Bot API. We do not store form submissions in a separate database on the Website.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Website and our business, and only to the extent necessary:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and server functions;
- Telegram — delivery of requests to our team and communication with you;
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to contact us there;
- Google LLC (Google Analytics) and Yandex LLC (Yandex Metrica) — web analytics, only with your consent;
- GitHub and other development tools — only for project work under a contract with you.
We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights.
6. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the USA. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
7. How long we keep data
- Requests that did not result in a project — up to 12 months after our last communication.
- Project and contract data — for the duration of the collaboration and afterwards as long as required by accounting, tax and other laws.
- Analytics data — according to the retention settings of the analytics provider (no longer than 26 months).
After these periods data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- request deletion (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time (for cookies — via Cookie settings in the footer), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, access restrictions, two-factor authentication on our accounts and trusted infrastructure providers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
10. Children
The Website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
11. Links to other websites
The Website contains links to our products and third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update.
