These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of dilami.pro (the “Website”) operated by Dilami Lab (“we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About the Website

The Website presents Dilami Lab, our services (websites, SaaS and web platforms, mobile apps, AI and automation) and our own products. It allows you to request an estimate, submit a project brief and book a consultation.

2. No offer

Information on the Website, including descriptions of services, timelines, quiz results and estimates, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer. The scope, price, timeline and other conditions of any work are agreed individually in a separate written contract.

3. Your use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • submit false, misleading or third-party data without permission;
  • send spam, malicious code or automated requests;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its infrastructure;
  • use the Website in violation of applicable law.

By submitting a form or quiz you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to share it. You agree that we may contact you using the contact details you provide to respond to your request. Submitting a request does not oblige either party to enter into a contract.

All content of the Website — texts, design, graphics, logos, code, product interfaces and articles — belongs to Dilami Lab or is used under licence and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may share links to the Website and quote short fragments with attribution. Any other copying, reproduction or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

Product names and domains shown on the Website (e.g. name.dilami.pro) are products of Dilami Lab or our clients and are used for portfolio purposes.

The Website contains links to our products and third-party services (Telegram, WhatsApp and others). We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites.

7. Disclaimer

The Website and its content are provided “as is”. We strive to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or that the Website will be available without interruption. Articles in our Journal reflect general experience and are not professional, legal or financial advice.
